wwRRvf....Who would Ronald Reagan vote for?

While listening to Hugh Hewitt's show today a female caller into his show was vacillating between GOP Candidates Romney and Huckabee.  Her mind seemed to be telling her Romney but her heart seemed to be telling her Huckabee.  Hugh Hewitt not surprisingly advised her to contemplate over the weekend and make her decision.  I wondered what would help this sincere and conflicted caller and it came to me.....Who would the late great Ronald Reagan vote for?  Voile problem solved as that makes it easy.  Quickly I zinged a email to Mr. Hewitt and he ended his show with WWRRD....Who Would Ronald Reagan do....Romney or McCain? and posted it to his site which has gotten quite a few "Interesting" responses!  This dove tails so nicely with the Heritage Foundation's campaign of What Would Reagan Do?  So I'll use Ronald Reagan Logic and Principles to answer the question of Whom would Ronald Reagan vote for.
So ask yourself the same questions posed by the Heritage Foundation

Curbing the Size of Government Curbing the Size of Government
In his first day in office, President Reagan promises to curb the size of the federal government and protect federalism.
The Key to America's Rise The Key to America's Rise
In his first Inaugural Address, President Reagan explains why America has achieved more than any other nation in history.
Overcoming Economic Crisis Overcoming Economic Crisis
The new president preaches economic optimism based on a return to free market economic principles.
Warning America's Enemies Warning America's Enemies
The new president warns the forces of totalitarianism and terrorism that America will ensure peace through forcefully defending herself.
"We the People"
Reagan explains the key to American government?rule by consent of the governed.
Remember Who We Are Remember Who We Are
Reagan warns America that we are not educating young people about the history and heritage that makes America great
Considering the GOP Candidates Romney, McCain and Huckabee if Ronald Wilson Reagan were alive who do you think he'd vote for?  It is not hard at all when you consider the questions above....Governor Mitt Romney....it is a no BRAINER!
  • Like Reagan, Romney was converted to a Pro-Life supporter and advocate:
  • " I sat down with a researcher. And he said, 'Look, you don't have to think about this stem cell research as a moral issue, because we kill the embryos after 14 days,' " Romney recalled on " The Charlie Rose Show " last June, characterizing the meeting as a watershed moment for him. "That struck me as he said that."
  • Like Reagan, Romney wants Government to not impede Business and decrease taxes while McCain and Huckabee are Tax Hikers!
  • Our Evil Islamicist Enemies use Handicapped Children as Martyrs for Allah....Yesterday in Baghdad and on Iraqi election day in 2005 and now want these civilized people want Nukes!
    • Iran's President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad , who was one of the student leaders of the US Embassy take over helped import 500,000 plastic keys from Taiwan during the Iran-Iraq War of 1980-88. As the Ayatollah Khomeini passed an Iranian law that children as young as 12 could be used to clear mine fields. Before every mission, a plastic key would be hung around each of the children's necks. It was supposed to open for them the gates to paradise.
The "child-martyrs" belonged to the so-called "Basij" movement created by the Ayatollah Khomeini. The Basij Mostazafan ? the "mobilization of the oppressed" ? were volunteers of all ages that embraced death with religious enthusiasm. They provided the model for the first Hezbollah suicide bombers in Lebanon.

    • Ahmadinejad forms part of the first generation of Basiji militants and still today he is often to be seen wearing a Basiji uniform. He would like to bring about a renaissance of the Basiji culture of the 1980s ? in order, among other things, to combat the burgeoning Western-oriented youth movement that has, for instance, given rise to some 700,000 weblogs in the last years. Thus Ahmadinejad made a personal appeal this year for Iranians to participate in the annual "Basiji Week" that took place in late November. According to a report in the newspaper Kayan, some 9 million Basiji heeded the call, "forming a human chain some 8,700 kilometers long in which President Ahmadinejad also took part. In Tehran alone, some 1,250,000 people were mobilized." (Cited in Wahied Wahdat-Hagh, ?Bassiji: die revolutionäre Miliz des Iran", on MEMRI Deutschland.) Ahmadinejad used the occasion to praise the "Basij culture and the Basij power" with which " Iran today makes its presence felt on the international and diplomatic level". Ayatollah Ahmad Jannati, Chair of the Guardian Council, went so far as to describe the very existence of Iran's nuclear program as "a triumph of the young people who serve the Basij movement and possess the Basiji-psyche and Basiji-culture." He added: "We need an army of 20 million Basiji. Such an army must be ready to live for God, to die along the way of God, and to conduct Jihad, in order to please God."
  • John McCain did nothing during his tenure in the Senate while his buddies William Perry & William Cohen on oders from Bill Clinton gutted the US Military and allowed us to almost become a Paper Tiger!
    • "The Bottom-up Review he completed has decreased the size of our forces while increasing their readiness, capabilities and technological edge," Clinton said. "From Haiti to Bosnia, from the Persian Gulf to the Taiwan Strait, through Bill Perry's leadership, we have demonstrated that our men and women in uniform remain the best-equipped and the best-trained fighting force in the world ... Today, I want to thank Bill Perry for being one of the finest defense secretaries in the history of the United States."
  • Mike Huckabee hasn't a Clue of the Threat we face....Romney does
Case Closed Ronald Wilson Reagan would vote for Romney just as his conservative/born again Christian son Michael Reagan will.
Wake up America John McCain is no longer a foot soldier in the Reagan Revolution and Ronald Reagan would not vote John McCain nor Mike Huckabee.  McC ain is a ROckerfellar Republican at best.  Save the Reagan Revolution and vote for Gov. Mitt Romney as McCain is only good on the War and Abortion but supports Embryonic Stem Cell Research(just ask Senator Brownback) and considered running on the John Kerry Democrat ticket as his Vice President

The late great President Reagan would say that John McCain has turned his back on the Reagan Revolution!
